Once again Mister Bigwig tries to take over Christmas-land, this time he wants to build a twenty first century Christmas-land on the moon and declare himself the new Santa Claus; unfortunately his butler Jacky turns against him and tries to take over intending to make himself the new Santa Claus. Into all this skull-duggery comes Josh and Hayley who once again are enrolled into the real Santa's little group of friends to stop this awful thing from happening.
